Restore your Smile with Dental Implants
We need to exam you and review imagery (digital imaging of your jawbone specifically), in order to determine what type of implant will work best for your particular situation – everyone is different.
Posterior Implants are dental implants that replace missing teeth towards the back of the jaw.
In addition to incurring incredible amounts of pressure and force during meals, the back teeth are often visible when you enjoy a hearty laugh and they serve as part of the framework that gives your face its natural contours. That’s why our dental implants for the back teeth are subjected to such high expectations, both during and after the treatment process
Implant supported full arch dentures
When there are no teeth left in the upper or lower jaw, dentures are the logical solution for completely replacing the missing teeth. By design, conventional dentures are not as stable or as comfortable as the natural teeth, presenting an annoying inconvenience during normal activities like speaking and eating. However, when dentures are supported by dental implants, it is possible to significantly enhance the quality of your life with dentures.
Immediate Load Dental Implants
Also called same day implants or Teeth in a Day®, immediate load dental implants allow placement of a temporary tooth during the same appointment as your dental implant placement. This may be a good option if you have enough natural bone and an implant secure enough to support immediate placement and pressure on the new temporary tooth.
Mini Dental Implants (MDIs)
Also called small or narrow diameter implants, these toothpick-sized implants are narrower than most commonly used dental implants. They are placed through less-invasive techniques and are used primarily to stabilize a lower denture.
Esthetic zone implants
While anterior implant cases are among the most difficult to restore, clinicians can achieve a predictable result by thoroughly evaluating patient anatomy and following a clear set of clinical guidelines (Figs. 9a, 9b). Utilizing the available diagnostic tools and restorative-driven treatment planning, implants can be placed in a manner that optimizes the final prosthetic outcome and meets the esthetic demands of our patients.
Ceramic dental implants
One of the most frequently cited advantages of ceramic implants relates to aesthetics. With a ‘grey’ titanium implant, a thin covering of soft tissue can cause the metal to shimmer through in a grey, dark colour. This can be avoided with the white ceramic material, which has great advantages, especially in the visible anterior region.
